Beekeeping Tracker ("the app", "the service", "we") is provided by Ivan Iulian ("the developer", "us", "our"). By accessing and using this app, you agree to these terms.

IMPORTANT - READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY:
Use of this app is at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any losses, damages, or negative consequences resulting from using information from this app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access and use of this app constitutes acceptance of this agreement and all service policies
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
These terms apply to all users of the app

2. Description of Service

2.1 Features

The app provides the following features:

Apiary and beehive management
Logging beekeeping activities (inspections, harvests, treatments, feeding)
Hive health tracking
Notifications and reminders for scheduled activities
Data export in CSV/JSON format (premium feature)
Voice dictation for notes (premium feature)

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
We reserve the right to suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons
We are not liable for data loss resulting from service interruption

3. Limitation of Liability - ESSENTIAL CLAUSE

⚠️ MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITATION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any direct or indirect losses of any kind (including profit, revenue, data, use)
Loss of hives or bee colonies
Loss of honey crops or production
Hive diseases or bee deaths
Damage to stocks, equipment, or property
Inaccuracies in data recorded or calculated
Technical errors, software defects, or hardware problems
Data loss resulting from defects, accidental deletion, or other causes
Improper use of the app or information contained therein
Results obtained from decisions based on app information

THE DEVELOPER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Verifying the accuracy of user-entered data
Consequences of using incomplete or incorrect data
Decisions made by the user based on app information
Coverage by insurance or other form of compensation

EVERY USER USES THE APP AT THEIR OWN RISK.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, design, source code, and all materials are the property of the developer
You have no right to copy, modify, distribute, or sell the app or parts thereof
"Beekeeping Tracker" and associated logos are trademarks owned by the developer
Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted under applicable law

5. Your Data

5.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
You are responsible for periodic backup of your data
We are not responsible for data loss due to deletion, hardware defects, or other causes
We recommend periodic data export in CSV/JSON format

5.2 Data Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect your data but guarantee absolute security
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by device compromise
We recommend using a lock screen and not sharing device access

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Premium Features

Premium subscription offers unlimited features and access to all characteristics
Payment is processed through third-party app stores (Google Play, App Store)
We do not store or process credit card details

6.2 Renewal and Refund Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
Cancellation can be done anytime through the app store
Cancellation does not affect the current paid period
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods
Prices may be modified with 30 days notice before renewal

7. Proper Use

7.1 Prohibited

Strictly prohibited:

Using the app for illegal purposes
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Damaging, destroying, or unauthorized access to our equipment
Entering false, misleading, or malicious data
Using the app to harass, abuse, or harass other users
Copying, modifying, or distributing the app without permission

7.2 Consequences

Violation of terms may result in suspension or termination of access
We may pursue criminal charges for abusive use
We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to authorities

8. Privacy

We respect your data privacy according to our Privacy Policy
We will not disclose your data without consent, except as required by law

9. Notifications

The app may send push notifications about beekeeping activities
You can disable notifications anytime from device or app settings
We are not responsible for unintended or misprocessed messages

10. External Links

The app may contain links to third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute our endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party sites.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
We may add or remove features with or without prior notice
We are not responsible for modifications that affect your use
Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance

12. Termination of Agreement

12.1 By User

You may stop using the app at any time. To avoid future charges, cancel your premium subscription before the next billing period.

12.2 By Developer

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

Violate these terms
Use the app abusively
Attempt to access our systems without authorization
Commit fraud or other illegal activities

13. Waiver and Indemnification

⚠️ WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE THAT:

You use the app at your own risk and discretion
You waive any claims against the developer for direct or indirect damages
You are solely responsible for consequences of using app information
You agree to indemnify and hold the developer harmless from any claims, demands, damages, losses, expenses (including attorneys' fees) resulting from app use
The developer is not responsible for your actions or omissions
No provision in these terms limits your liability for fraud or willful misconduct

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of nature, war, strikes, revolutions, natural disasters, internet/service interruptions.

15. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania
Romanian law will apply to any disputes
Any dispute will be brought before competent courts in Romania
If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain valid

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and all service policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beekeeping Tracker.
